After working at apple retail store for more then 3 years,
there are some customers i really cannot stand.
u wan example? i give u example.
1) If a customer buy an iphone, he will assume he is an 'apple' person.
He thinks he's everthing mac.
go every apple store and ask abt speakers, macs, ipods, software,
when he have absolutely no intention of buying.
2) Some customer even worst. when u approach him,
he'll look at you from the corner of his eyes,
like want to fight.
then when u stand next to him,
he'll faster pull his son away and say 'gogogo'
3) Casing. Never since the introduction of iphone i have so many problems.
knn they think they wad?
everything also wan leather.
LEATHER. LEATHER. LEATHER
No class act got class
when i want to intro them moshi hard case,
they say wad?
CHEAP.
then they like the power support, and see its $59,
they ask 'WAAA!! SO EXPENSIVE!!!'
4) Touch touch touch.
let them see the silcon casing they wan to touch.
knn sealed up casing wan us to open and touch.

5) Mac.
Dunno mac, say mac no good.

walen eh, especially when two 'windows' person come tgt,
one will tell the other
"i heard mac not compatible. cannot run alot software"
then both laugh 'Wa still so expensive' then walk away.

then they will raise their hand, and say
"if people transfer excel document to me, can i receive"
cb...they think mac user only do photoshop..
